Directors and Auditors for Fiscal 2023
This fiscal year is a period of election for all officers, and at the 2023 Ordinary General Meeting (held on May 19), the proposal for a total of 10 officers was approved, including six directors with multiple appointments, two newly appointed directors with a total of eight, and two auditors with multiple appointments.
The second meeting of the Board of Directors was held on June 1, and Mr. Yojiro Tomino, Chairman of Helios Corporation, was elected and reappointed as the President. And Mr. Nakada and Mr. Horigome, both individual members, were elected as Vice President.
