Business plan for 2013

Mr. Kinoshita, President

Mr. Kinoshita, President

Our activities in 2012 fiscal year have been generally going smoothly, in spite of some unsatisfied projects. We introduced a new concept, the Comprehensive Support System, into small business support activities. And also we achieved a contract from Yokohama City University on a support item. On the other hand, in the revised NPO law, we have been required to achieve the specified activities ratio of public benefit and an action for “new public benefit” items. For responding this requirement, we implemented lectures to top management of small businesses with support from Kanagawa pref. office and Yokosuka city office.

Our business plans for 2013 fiscal year are as follows:

(1) Increase in support to subject businesses and extension of activity area.
We will expand our support activities to Kanazawa and Kohoku areas visiting more small businesses.
(2) Activities as an authorized NPO.
We will make an effort to achieve the specified activities ratio of public benefit.
(3) Acquisition of public service entrustment
We will actively respond to entrustment of local governments’ public services.
(4) Further PR activities to acquire new individual members.
(5) Establishment of new relationship with more groups deepening these relations.

This 2013 fiscal year marks the 10th anniversary of our founding. We will definitely
carry out our plan of playing a certain roll in vitalizing the local businesses based on close relationship among our members who enjoy developing and trading insights and ideas and are provided with opportunities to learn.
